We're replacing machines that support self-check-in at some libraries in the coming months. These machines are called Automatic Materials Handling (AMH) systems. They process and sort returned materials. Replacements will happen at the Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah, and Redmond Libraries soon. During the process, you'll have limited access to self-check-in machines. Please use the manual book drop when self-check-in is unavailable.

Expect limited access to self-check-in during the following date ranges:
- Bellevue, November 18-27, December 2-16
- Bothell, November 4–15
- Issaquah, All book drops at this location are closed now through November 30. Use the book drop at our nearby Service Center during the closure, opens a new window.
- Redmond, All book drops at this location will be closed November 18-December 25. Use the book drop at other nearby libraries.
