Makerspace Construction Has Begun at the Federal Way Library

Construction of the Federal Way Library ideaX Makerspace has begun! Look for the construction safety wall towards the back of the library.

The new Makerspace, which will open in late 2019, will feature:

  • 1,500 square feet of space to create and collaborate
  • a soundproof room to record music and podcasts
  • music and video editing software
  • 3D printing
  • and much more.
