Five little turnips planted in a row. (hold up five fingers)
Water tham a lot, and watch them grow. (pretend to water)
Along comes Babushka ready to make stew.
Pulled up a turnip, now only four grew. (pull up turnip and then hold up four fingers)
-- repeat for four, three, and two turnips --
One little turnip growing in the row.
Water it good, and watch it grow.
Along comes Babushka ready to make stew.
Pulled the last turnip, and finished her stew.
Yum, yum, it's ready for me and you.
