Meeting room options will soon change at the Enumclaw Library, opens a new window. We'll be converting two spaces into one. Currently, there is a divider separating the large meeting room into two spaces. The room is listed as two separate spaces in the reservation system. At present, to use the whole space, you need to reserve both spaces.
We heard community feedback that it was confusing to list the room as two spaces. Patrons didn’t realize that they needed to book both rooms to reserve the entire space. That's why we're going to remove the divider in the new year. This will enable you to reserve the whole room as one space. The change will also provide better access to all the features. Reserving just half the room will no longer be an option.
Small groups will still be able to reserve one of the two study rooms at this location.
You can reserve the large meeting room up to 28 days in advance, starting at midnight. You will see the upcoming change when using the reservation site to book 2025 dates.
