If we don’t own a title you want to borrow, there are two ways you can ask us to get it for you:
- Purchase Requests. You ask us to buy the item and add it to our library collection.
- Interlibrary Loans. You ask us to borrow the item from another library system.
Currently, there are separate forms you need to fill out to make each type of request. These forms will come down on March 10. You won't be able to send requests of either type from March 10-16. We're creating a new form that combines both options. The new combined form will be available starting March 17.
We hope the streamlined process makes it easier for you to share your requests.

How do I use the new form?
Starting on March 17, you'll find a link to the form on our website. You will no longer need to log in to your online catalog account. Instead, you'll go to the "Books and More" menu at the top of our site. Under "Services," choose "Request Items."We'll verify your library card barcode and PIN or password. Then, you'll be asked some questions about your request. You'll also be able to use the form to check on the status of your existing and past requests.
