Beginning mid-September, OverDrive is updating how hold suspensions work for eBooks and eAudio. These changes will give patrons more flexibility and adjust how titles move through waitlists. The new holds process will apply to all digital holds, whether patrons borrow through Libby, Sora, or the KCLS OverDrive website.
