Mask Guidelines in Libraries Are Changing July 27

King County's mask guidance changed on July 23. Public Health – Seattle & King County now recommends that "all people five years of age and older, regardless of vaccination status, wear face coverings in indoor public settings." This changes our mask guidelines at the library.

Masks are required for unvaccinated people and recommended for all patrons ages 5 and up.

All library staff members are required to wear a mask.

The mask must cover your nose and mouth. Vented masks, bandanas, and neck gaiters are not acceptable.

Children under five years old are exempt from this requirement.
