Library Closures for Spring Staff Days

This spring, each KCLS library will be closed for one day as we host regional staff learning and development days. Staff learning days help ensure our staff stay current on best practices, emerging technologies, and ways to make your library experience even better. 

The closures will occur midweek in April and May. Check the schedule below to find out when your library will be closed. 

Here’s what to expect during the library closures: 

• The interior of the building will be closed. Meeting rooms, computer reservations, and printing services will be unavailable. 
• Events and programs will not be available. 
• The exterior book drop will be open for returns. 
• Wi-Fi will remain on and be accessible from outside of the building. 
• Lockers will be open at these locations for 24/7 hold pickup. 
• Holds and due dates will be extended by one day. 

While your library is closed: 

• Use our library locations page to find another nearby library. 
• Contact Ask KCLS by phone, email, or chat for help with questions about your account.
