Where are my holds?
When Kent closed, we sent all holds to Kent Panther Lake. All holds already processed at Kent Panther Lake by the end of the day on April 1 will remain there. You will need to go to Kent Panther Lake to pick those up. We aren't shipping holds that are already ready at Kent Panther Lake to Kent.
All new Kent holds will be available for pickup at Kent as they are ready for you.
Did you send your holds to a different location when Kent closed? You can update pickup locations for future holds in your account. For help, call Ask KCLS at (425) 462-9600 or (800) 462-9600.
Hours have changed. Kent is open on different days of the week and for more hours than it was before it closed. This is because Kent was closed when library hours expanded in February.
