Help by Appointment
Request an appointment with a member of our information team. We offer help with library services, finding trusted information, and connecting with helpful resources.
How it Works
- Fill out the request form. Please share as much information as you can about your question and availability.
- A member of our information team will contact you to schedule an appointment.
- We will review resources and tools together.
Appointments are typically 30-45 minutes, in person or by phone.
*If you are under 13, please request an appointment with your parent or guardian. We recommend that your parent or guardian attend the appointment with you.

We cannot provide homework help, proofreading, or troubleshooting for software and devices. We cannot provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Not yet! We are exploring options to provide one-on-one appointments in multiple languages. For now, this service is only available in English.

Your appointment may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late. We cannot guarantee that we can reschedule your appointment, but we’ll try our best! Please contact your local library to explore your options.
