- Complete and playable audio/video materials, multi-part sets, Players, and kits
Nonrefundable:
- Parts or pieces of audio/video sets or kits (e.g., single CDs, DVD cases, CD or DVD jackets)
- Non-cataloged items that don't display as a specific title in your account (e.g., Choice Reads, board books, comic books, Magazines)
- Damaged, unusable items, including items that need rebinding
- Payments more than 6 months old
