There was one little bird in the one little tree
“I’m so alone and I don’t want to be,
so he flew far away, over the sea
and brought back a friend to live in the tree.
Now there are two little birds in the one little tree
“We’re so along and we don’t want to be,”
so they flew far away over the sea

Now there are three...four...five...
“and we’re not lonely anymore.”
