The grandfather clock goes TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK (sway baby slowly from side to side)
The kitchen clock goes tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock (sway a little faster)
And Mommy's little watch goes ticktickticktickticktickticktickticktickticktick (jiggle or tickle)
STOP!
Variant:''
Older children can do this with rhythm sticks, as a tapping song. Start by tapping slowly for the grandfather clock, a little faster for the kicthen clock, and very quickly for the watch. To help signal when to stop, raise your sticks high in the air.
For a tune, see CD Reaching for the Stars! by Kathy Reid-Naiman (JCD CS REI R01).
