To hide from a big old cat
Now there are four grey squeaky mice. Squeak squeak!

You may want to point out that when there were 2,3,4,5 they were mice. When we have only 1 it's a mouse. Then ask the children to help come up with a rhyme to put into the 2nd line. e.g. "who lived in his special house"
