- 1960: Cascade Library opens in Lake Hills Community Clubhouse
- 1968: KCLS builds 7,600-square-foot Lake Hills Library
- 1985: KCLS annexation
- 1991: Opening of expanded, 9,900-square-foot library
- 2010: 1,000 people attend the opening of the new, 10,000-square-foot Lake Hills Library
Bellevue Library Advisory Board
Library Advisory Boards are established by individual cities that have annexed to the King County Library System (KCLS). Members of these community boards are appointed by and serve in an advisory capacity to City officials on matters regarding the KCLS community library they represent.
