Curbside Will No Longer Be Available At Some Libraries After July 1

As we get ready to open all libraries, Curbside To Go pickup will end. The last day to pick up holds at contactless services at these libraries is July 1.

After July 1:

You will not be able to pick up curbside holds, prints, or surprise bags at these locations.

You will no longer be able to make a pickup appointment.

No services will be available at these libraries while they prepare for reopening. If you have holds ready, you'll be able to pick them up inside the library after it opens in early July. Items that are already on hold or in transit to this location will not expire during the closure.

In early July:

These locations will open for modified in-library services.

You will be able to pick up holds inside the building during your visit.

Find out when each library will open for visits in our reopening schedule

You will be able to find new, updated hours on the library location pages linked from the list above. Or, find your library on our location finder map

Prefer to send your holds to a different location as libraries reopen?

Call your library. The phone number can be found on your library's location page. Ask for your holds to be sent to a nearby library that's open for visits. You can view a complete list of libraries that are open and browse them on a map. Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks before your holds arrive at the new location.

If you choose this option, you may also want to update the preferred pickup location in your account.

Need an accommodation for contactless service?

We want all members of our community to be able to use the library. We can make a variety of reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please contact us if you need an ADA accommodation. Find a list of locations, hours and contact information here. You may also get in touch with the library access coordinator at access@kcls.org
