Curbside Will No Longer Be Available At Some Libraries After June 26

As we get ready to open all libraries, Curbside To Go and Express Holds pickup will end. The last day to pick up holds at contactless services at these libraries is June 26.

After June 26:

You will not be able to pick up contactless holds, print pickup, or surprise bags at these locations.

You will no longer be able to make a pickup appointment.

These locations are already open for visits so services will still be available inside the building. If you have holds ready, you'll be able to pick them up inside the library during open hours.

You will be able to find new, updated hours on the library location pages linked from the list above. Or, find your library on our location finder map.

Find out what to expect during your visit.

Prefer to send your holds to a different location as libraries reopen?

Call your library. The phone number can be found on your library's location page. Ask for your holds to be sent to a nearby library that's open for visits. You can view a complete list of libraries that are open and browse them on a map. Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks before your holds arrive at the new location.

If you choose this option, you may also want to update the preferred pickup location in your account.

Need an accommodation for contactless service?

We want all members of our community to be able to use the library. We can make a variety of reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please contact us if you need an ADA accommodation. Find a list of locations, hours and contact information here. You may also get in touch with the library access coordinator at access@kcls.org
