Why did I get the message, “You have Blocked status, please contact the library” when I tried to reserve museum passes?

You will get this error if you have over $25 in fines. Borrowing is blocked on accounts with over $25 in fines, and this includes blocking the check out of museum passes. You may also get this message for other types of blocks on your account, such as an expired account or an account requiring address verification. Please contact library staff if your account is not working.
