If my home library isn’t on the list of those offering Curbside to Go, will I be able to pick up my holds nearby? And how?

Holds that were ready when the library closed in March
We're sending all existing holds to the curbside pickup location that is closest to your home pickup location.

You can find your pickup location in your account's hold notification preference.

If you don’t want to pick items up there you can:

  • Cancel your hold. Pick it up at your preferred location, when that library starts Curbside to Go service.
  • Ask staff on our chat service to send your holds to a different curbside location. Please note that this may take at least two weeks from July 1, due to increased demand on our delivery system.

New holds placed on or after July 15

  • You may select your preferred curbside pickup location.
  • Choose the location in our online catalog when you place your hold.
