Yoga in the Library

Kirkland Library is offering “Beginning Yoga for Adults.” It is a perfect opportunity to try out yoga that could contribute to your well-being.

Going to a gym class or a yoga studio can be intimidating as well as costly. In these free classes, certified instructor Rachel Stagnaro will introduce you to basic yoga postures and how to breathe and feel more comfortable while you practice. Remember, yoga is about the process, not the outcome.

For small persons in your family, libraries offer classes, such as “Preschool Yoga” at the Redmond Library.

These classes tend to fill up quickly. Keep checking your library's online event catalog for other yoga opportunities.
