Summer Medicare Series

Medicare provides valuable health care coverage to people over the age of 65 as well as qualified younger people. The choices can be confusing. King County Library System is offering two webinars: Medicare Made Clear and Medicare Drug Coverage 101. These webinars are designed to clarify your choices so you can make informed decisions about your coverage.

Each webinar will be available via Zoom, and repeated through the summer.

Medicare Made Clear

This webinar describes the different parts of Medicare (Parts A, B, C, D and supplements), what they cover and how they work. Learn of the different ways you can receive your benefits, the pros and cons of each, and approximate costs. We will also cover enrollment and eligibility guidelines. The goal of the meeting is to provide useful information that will put you in a better position to make an informed decision on your Medicare coverage.
